Our Story
Growing up in Haiti from a very young age, Joseph and Winise always knew they wanted to make a difference in the lives of the youth and children of Haiti. When they immigrated to the United States, Joseph told the Lord that if he would bless the work of his hands, he would take care of the children in Haiti. Starting in 2011, Joseph and Winise began taking trips to Haiti during the holidays.

Their ministry began by hosting get-togethers and parties for the children in the neighborhood. They’d have food, toys, presents, and music. Seeing them laugh and play and have a ball brought joy to their hearts. They would always look forward to the next trip.

As time passed, more and more children found their way to the Regis’ place, in great need of assistance, including shelter, clothing, food, and schooling. These experiences spoke volumes to them about what God wanted for them and the children. And so, they began dedicating more and more time to helping the children of Haiti and have now fed and clothed three generations of Haitian children. Now, by the grace of God, Coeur Assemble, Inc. has been birthed. Eighteen of God's children have been placed in their care and they are grateful to God for each one.

The Regis family has put God first in everything they do, and they continue to seek His face and His provision as they continue to speak truth and love into the lives of the Haitian children.
